Motu Challenge
In the last weekend of the holidays a few Trident students teamed up to compete in the Ōpōtiki Motu multisport challenge.
Team Trident High School were the 1st school team and the first 4 person mixed team - Xavier Christie mtb, Oliver Christie ran, Lilly Collombet road biked, Ollie Fredericksen paddled.Zoe Christie paired up to win the Female 2 person category.
Special mention to Lilly who had the second fastest road bike leg for females.
BOP Hockey
Check out these Trident students who represented the BOP in the U16 Upper North Island hockey tournaments over the last 4 days.
Payton was in the Girls BOP U16 A team, which won their tournament. Luke, Ethan and Ollie were in the Boys BOP U16 A which placed 4th in their tournament.
Kamea, Maddison, Alexis and Breanna played in the Girls U16 Development team and Riley was in the Boys U16 Development team.
All the students played great!
